An experienced mechanical engineer who then moved into the field of people management. Here she developed a track record in management development, employee relations, redundancy management, redeployment and retraining.

As an outplacement consultant Sue provides a range of services and is primarily responsible for the delivery of “Search and Placement” workshops, advising and supporting groups of employees on career transition, CV writing, interview techniques and general job search. She also works as a “Newleaf” consultant on a one-to-one basis with employees to coach them through the career change process or support them on the more practical elements of compiling a winning CV or preparation for that all important interview.
