One to one programmes
One of the key strengths of the Newleaf programme is its bespoke and personal nature and individual focus. Following an initial diagnostic meeting, a tailored programme will be drafted for the agreement of the candidate and the sponsoring organisation. There is not, therefore a standard structure. There are a range of options that cater for different needs and budgets. The individual is paired with a consultant who will remain with them for the duration of their programme.
On site support
For large scale redundancies we are happy to set up a base on site that has optimum impact to support employees whilst minimising disruption in the workplace.
Workshops
A highly effective format to reach a broad cross section of employees in small groups – developing their skills, knowledge and ability to progress their job search with confidence.
