Results focus
For one to one programmes a named consultant will partner with the individual for the duration of the programme. For larger activities we will dedicate a project manager who will be a consistent point of contact and will provide timely feedback on progress.
In our initial agreement with you we will determine some Key Performance Indicators that we will use to structure our feedback and/or management reports.
The Key Performance Indicators may include:-
- Activity levels (a summary of what has happened and in larger scale redundancies this will include the proportion of the workforce that have been seen)
- Visibility of recruitment activities (notified vacancies; agencies contacted; presence of local recruiters; recruitment fairs;)
- Progress against action plans
- New job offers to redundant employees
- Timescales of offers received
- Consultant feedback
