This option is generally for small groups of people within one organisation that find themselves facing redundancy.

- A one to one meeting with either a career coach or recruitment advisor dependent upon individual needs.
- Attendance at workshops that may cover:-
- CV writing, covering letters and application forms
- Interview preparation and skills
- Personal marketing planning
The Palm Programme
We are proud to offer a unique programme that caters for the needs of spouses of international transferees. Drawing on our knowledge of HR in the workplace we understand the cost of transferring employee's from one country to another.
Often a key factor in the success of these transfers is how the employee's spouse settles into the country. We offer a bespoke service to support these people to find employment in the UK (or overseas if that is the direction of the transfer) and help clients retain their key personnel.
