For most people, the hardest thing to sell is themself. In this personally challenging and uncertain time, it is newleaf's role to help the individual grow in confidence, see their skills and experience for what they are, and help them develop a strategy to promote themself.

Once the individual knows what they want, we will support them in the development of a clear strategy to achieve it.

We will help them develop their network list and encourage them to engage with everyone on it. We will develop a target list of recruiters and companies that need to be contacted directly.

The documentation required such as an effective CV and series of covering letters will also be examined, reviewed and developed to deliver the best possible presentation of the individual tailored to each job opportunity.
