Interview techniques

With our directly relevant HR and recruitment industry experience, we know what excellent interview skills look like and what is needed to succeed. Equally we understand the pitfalls that need to be avoided.

We will offer our candidates individual coaching, direction and support to understand what is needed and how to present themselves in the best possible light.

If appropriate, we will undertake interview exercises that will challenge but ultimately build confidence and allow the individual to see what the objectives of the interview may be and how to get the best out of the opportunity. We can also cover off Assessment Centre techniques for each part of that process, whether that be competency based interviews, role plays or formal presentations.

In addition, we support the individual with psychometric tests to practice, allowing them to understand how the tests work and the time pressures which may apply.
