Maneeza Williams
Maneeza has broad HR experience that covers a variety of aspects from Trade Union and TUPE negotiations, recruitment and talent management, outplacement and large scale redundancy and redeployment projects.
As an outplacement consultant Maneeza applies her recruitment experience to prepare redundant employees for new opportunities. She is confidently able to concentrate on job search and selection, interview skills and career advice. She instills confidence in others and is always positive and enthusiastic.
Maneeza has a Post Grad in Management Studies and is a Member of the CIPD. She is skilled in counseling, recruitment and selection and is licensed to use a range of psychometric tests.
