Helen Stephenson
Helen has a depth of experience in recruitment and selection, talent management, outplacement and business restructuring. She has first hand experience of running manufacturing teams as well as managing major HR projects.
This experience enables Helen to offer results focused support to individual outplacement candidates. Helen is also one of our Project Managers for those companies offering a range of outplacement services to their employees. In this role Helen manages projects as the key contact with the client to ensure outplacement activities run smoothly and to plan.
Helen is a Fellow of the CIPD and is an experienced coach and group facilitator. Her pragmatic, hands on approach to all people matters whilst recognising and understanding the needs and demands of an organisation facilitates success for our Newleaf clients.
