Our History

Newleaf was launched in 2006 after our sister company, h2h, received a transition mandate from a large furniture retailer to offer a range of onsite outplacement services to effect 2 site closures and 1000 plus staff. Since then, Newleaf has gone on to help organisations from various industries to successfully transition their displaced staff.

What makes us different is our genuine, personal approach to career transition. Our diverse team of outplacement specialists offer bespoke packages of support that achieve outstanding results; with our help, 97% of employees displaced in a recent factory closure were successful in taking their next career step within 3 months of being displaced.

Our unique 4 phase framework enables us to help companies, large or small, to make organisational changes in the most supportive and compassionate way. We provide a complete end-to-end service, from pre-announcement until the very last person has successfully moved on. Our clients come from a cross section of industries, including one of the world’s largest household product manufacturers, local authority and Multinational FMCG companies. Our portfolio covers outplacement support from the factory floor up to senior management.

The latest development to our services, the online career coaching toolkit, uniquely aligns us with individuals seeking career transition services, making Newleaf accessible to anyone needing support with career change.

“I was helped with my CV, letters, interviews and research and as a result was able to become more confident and focused on the task ahead of finding employment.”

“Professional, honest and trustworthy service.”

“The outplacement service truly has been good.”

“Thank you for your help and support, I am convinced that it was a benefit to me, and likewise it was a pleasure to work with you.”
